located 2 blocks from union
square and 1/2 block from
The Ritz-Carlton. This
property was built in 1922
and retains much of the
charm of that era. The
rental is a Jr.one bedroom
with a fully equipped
kitchen, full bath, and
living space that can be
configured to meet your
needs (one or two beds,and
additional cots/crib
available).This is a non-elavator
building and this unit is on
the second floor. Also,
parking is at a premium in
downtown SF or any other
desirable location in this
city, that is just a fact of
life here. The
Stockton/Sutter parking
garage is 1/2 block away and
quite convenient, however,
it is advised not to bring a
car if possible (many car
rental companys nearby if
you need one). The two Cable
Car lines, California st.
line (one block north)and
Powell st. line (one block
west) and Muni bus and train
service are within walking
distance. You never have to
wait for a Taxi at this
location they are allways
available. We are
experienced vacation rental
owners and are pleased to
open this unit to rentals
begining in spring of 2005!
This is not a condo, we own
the entire building and look
forward to opening
additional units to vacation
and corporate rental in the
future. We specialize in
weekends and last minute
